1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arcadevistahop.bond, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking Disclaimers

Arcadevistahop acts as an intermediary between you and nightlife venues. We do not own the clubs, boats, or festival grounds.

• Venue entry is always subject to the discretion of door staff (dress code, intoxication levels).
• Failure to enter due to venue policy is not grounds for a refund.
• VIP table minimum spends are set by the venue and may change.

3. Refund Policy

All ticket and VIP table deposits are strictly non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled by the venue. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

4. Liability

We are not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or alterations to events made by third-party promoters and venues.
